What was on the Al Tahooneh stand
The stand carried the full range in one place: fresh whole chicken and cuts including breast, thighs, wings, liver and hearts, the frozen line of brosted chicken, escalope, steak, nuggets and wings, and Al Tahooneh rice in basmati and long grain.
The production behind the products
Al Tahooneh has produced poultry in Jordan since the 1980s and runs the full cycle in house: breeder farms, hatcheries, feed factories, grain silos, broiler farms, a central laboratory and a modern slaughterhouse. The operation is halal certified by the Jordan Standards and Metrology Organization.
